- Comic Books are more expensive than when I was a kid, but thankful (and Brian Hibbs) for FOC so that fans can actually guarantee they get product at MSRP…unlike what’s happening w/Magic The Gathering (ie: Final Fantasy), Topps Marvel Chrome & more. Everyday fans are priced out of everyday hobbies.
- Rest in peace, Peter David. A great writer whose work I’ve loved all my life & who was nothing but wonderful for the many yrs at Marvel that I got to work w/him. From Star Trek to X-Factor to Supergirl & more, he has an unreal amount of must reads. Sending love to his family during this time.
- Back in 2001, my first and only fan letter was published in the back of Superman #177, which featured reader sentiments around the horrors of 9/11. May we all be a bit more Super every day.

- This X-Men: X-Tinction Agenda Omnibus cover irrationally bothers me so much because the perfect image already exists - the original, AKA one of the greatest comic book promotional images ever. And I love Cyclops - but he isn’t needed there AND (nerd alert) that wasn’t his costume at the time.

- Added some BJJ to the running and lifting. Really happy with this fitness lifestyle I’ve created for myself. Life always happens on time.

- Wasn’t sure about DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN till the end of episode two. I felt Matt Murdock’s scream in my soul. That’s why he’s my favorite Marvel super hero.

- Men in comics have an entire machine designed to protect them from bad behavior - from the way they flaunt their infidelity at conventions to the way they ghost any accountability for the harm they knowingly cause so many people, with the protection of others whoturn a blind eye because of “fame.”
- How could I not be excited about the new SUPERMAN after that trailer?
- Excited to see where this goes. It feels like Superman, which is encouraging.
