I will look into it! Usually DUI laws don’t apply on private property, but she may be charged with something else.
"She" was charged with drug paraphernalia possession and theft. And I say "she" because the woman in the image isn't the person who was arrested.

Try finding that version. I can't. Not even on that news station's site. What I do find in common:
• Motorized scooter
• Sushi and cinnamon rolls
• Drinking wine
• In Florida
There's also this version.
My question is - why change the truth? Does it make it any more funny if the woman is blonde? Are we more empathetic if the woman is homeless? I love that lawsky is big on linking to the court case in question so people can read it. But - has anyone found this actual story as told in this meme?
People keep changing it so they can get new clicks from it but it’s always been pretend. Versions of this have been circulating around the internet since Jesus was in short pants. The girl who drove the Barbie Jeep around the Texas State campus after she got a d wobble was real though!!
Yep. Although, it's only sort of pretend, isn't it? The main story is sort of funny and sparks our morbid curiosity. But then, a detail gets changed - the store. Truth gets diluted. Then, make her a blonde. We're funnier, and further from the truth.
It's how insidious lies start to spread.
