In 1980, our third grade teacher held a mock election where I was the only student to cast a vote for Jimmy Carter.
I was made fun of by all the students and called a stupid democrat.
Reflecting on that moment, I realized the Republican hatred and narrative existed back then but it's worse now.

Check out the new Tron: Ares movie officially opening today! I saw it last night. Great new storyline and connection back to the earlier films. The soundtrack from Nine Inch Nails is outstanding. I believe there is still much interest in this franchise so hope more films follow soon. End of line.
