- Spending my NYE down with pink eye AND strep at the same time. I haven't had strep since I was a kid (and I likely got it from my kid...) and it SUCKS as an adult. Elizabeth keeps occasionally coming into my room and spraying Lysol in my general direction. 🫠
- If you ever feel lonely, highly suggest (just kidding, I regret this immensely) putting your phone number into a moving quote website, bc damn these people are relentless 😂
- Saw a show on BBC home and garden when Z was all of four months old about making a holiday garland of your baby's onesies from when they were itty bitty. We templated some hearts, trees, mittens, and stars on a box of seltzer. And now that she's 27.5 months old, I finally got around to making it. 😂
- Huge shout-out to the very kind folks at @edera.dev for sharing not only a phone charger, but offering me a spontaneous invite to their table for a slice of (amazing!) pizza as I randomly ducked into a pizza place to find somewhere to charge my phone. Your generosity is very much appreciated! 🙏😁

- We all got rotavirus (thanks, daycare!!) and I am about to spend the same amount as my car payment for my kid to have literally been at home sick for the last two weeks. Love it, feels great. (None of this feels great actually, especially when also sick).
