It appears they reserved the entire park and had the streets blocked off all the way through Cecil D. Andrus Park. You can barely make them out, not filling up the steps in front of the building.
BOISE: Right-wing out of town group, Idaho Liberty Dogs, will be invading downtown Boise on Saturday, January 31st, at 1 PM for a Vanilla Ice themed PRO-ICE rally at the Idaho State Capitol Building.
