Don’t fund VIVA projects until it hits 15‑min service 05:00‑00:00. Also, upgrade one Toronto streetcar line per year to full LRT—stop spacing, level boarding, signal priority, no parking. In ~10 yrs, we’d have a real downtown transit network to be proud of.
