- So the 'states' are nothing more than an agent of the Federal govt? How soon before he declares all the state X's birth certificates are invalid? Or the drivers licenses and car registrations in state Y are no longer valid, Think about the impact of finding your marriage license no longer valid?
- My state is not an agent of the federal govt: In fact the constitution says the Federal system is to protect the states against foreign invasion AND DOMESTIC INSURRECTION, and ensures each state has a Republican Form of Govt. Republican form means HELD BY THE PEOPLE.
