- Today I’m grateful (again) that my husband thought to put tarps over our steps and walkway before last week’s blizzard. They are clear and dry, but everywhere else is still entombed in ice. We’re above freezing now, but this stuff isn’t budging no matter how hard I hit/scrape with my snow shovel.
