I make art, sleep & curate exhibitions. I spend a lot of time thinking about the Arctic.

- Oh Bluesky how I want to love you, but despite deleting Twitter from my phone at the start of March I still yearn for the snarkiness (and also the sensible debate). I keep wanting to check back in as it really was the funniest place to keep track of Elon's meltdowns. Where am I going wrong here?
- I didn't know it was the 9 year anniversary of the death of my Grandma today, but my cells did. I picked flowers and herbs from the #carparkgarden and put them in a tiny jug that belonged to her. I have cried twice today and I didn't know why, now I do.

- Realised that I had been singing 'you're just a furry fluff ball Luna' to the tune of Teenage Dirtbag and now I'm worried that the toxoplasmosis has finally fully hit.

- Sometimes I think of the time I created the best cheese riddle ever. Q. Which cheese is made backwards? A. Edam Proudest moment of my 10 year old life coming up with that.

- There were a LOT of best views while I was in Norway, but the best view of the Northern Lights was on the plane home, shortly after a woman flung herself across the plane to the seat next to me so she could look. She hadn't seen them 'the whole time she was there' until then & was disappointed I had

- Went to Norway, to Oslo airport, Bodø, Fleinvær, Tromsø and home to the UK via the Aurora. The best view the whole time I was there was from the plane window, above the clouds and the sea. Just crossed the bridge into Cornwall, not long now until I see my cat and start my numerous new plans.

- Trying to avoid the news as much as possible but I can't avoid knowing that massive cuts to disability benefits are coming and that terrifies me.
- Had a bit of a rubbish day today in terms of pain and brain health. I finally left my cocoon when one of my fellow Arctic Hideaway residents knocked on the door to let me know there was curry and northern lights. The whole sky was glowing green and you could see the wave change shape as it went.

- I arrived at the guesthouse I'm staying in in Bodø, and was pleased to see the stern face of polar explorer Nansen staring at me when I got into my room. I feel that this could potentially be a good omen, or maybe they just come free with every 10 sets of bedsheets you buy.

- As the plane touched down in Bodø the captain wished us all a 'Happy International Women's Day', which for some reason made me feel a bit emotional. Might've been the fact I'd been awake for 32 hrs by then. Now in/on a bed in a cute guesthouse trying to decide if I should sleep or carry on...

- It would seem the lads (who have been using fake ID to tell girls they are older than them) got on the big screen and their mum saw them on tv. One of them also got a girls snap. This reminds me of when I used to tweet on trains.

- He was 32, she was 19.
- Oh...they were all in Bath to watch the rugby (England v Italy apparently) The lads are 17/18 the man with 2 wives is in his 50s and his wife is Italian. Fingers crossed they all get off at Swindon.
- I forgot about the 'joys' of train travel on a Friday evening- a whole bunch of drunk lads have just got on. So far I've heard 'balls deep', 'he almost got the tip in' and 'I've had two wives I'll let this one go'.
- 2½ hours into my 22hr journey and I've decided its time to bust out the Opal Fruits.
- One of the few things I have already packed is my slippers, I wish I hadn't.

- Well, this would've made getting to Bodø a whole lot easier. Thanks Easyjet for only just announcing it.

- Beginning to think perhaps I should've done my packing yesterday. Now i'm home, on (not in) my bed and feeling very sleepy. Still have so much to do! I spent so long formatting a folder of travel documents I forgot to print them off. I should probably go and do that now...

- I made a post about St. Piran's day and then I closed the app before it had uploaded so now I'm grumpy and don't want to rewrite how he arrived in Cornwall on a millstone, lived to be 200 and died by falling down a well (possibly while drunk).
