- Sure, but I'm also confused by the assertion that the *structure* is what lends itself to infighting lol. The infighting is a product of factionalism, not decentralization, hierarchy, or a lack thereof. And factionalism is not unique to left orgs; in fact it's rather endemic to human society!
- I am a huge fan of @maragay.bsky.social but maybe @petersterne.com needs to set her right. We are fiercely factional, yes, but certainly not nonhierarchical. I myself am an elected leader in that hierarchy - in fact, we have so many layers of it, new members are often confused!
