- Zohran has a partner willing to work with him on some key agenda items, and Delgado is running a campaign that's flailing and likely going nowhere. This is fine. It's the politically astute move. No need to burn a bridge with Hochul a month into his mayoralty.

- My landlord STILL has not plowed out our parking lot. Not to mention that he never salts it beforehand. Luckily I don't have anywhere I need to be, but I'm pretty sure I couldn't get out of my lot even if I wanted to. (And I have an all wheel drive!)
