- In the Chinese version, Yi Jiang says 好好活下 which you would interpret as live a long, healthy, good life. It’s the kind of thing a grandmother says to you on her deathbed. BUT I could only say “Live on.” So hopefully that energy was there (almost cried during the session😭 just cuz AAUUUUGGGGHHHHHHH)
- Playing Chinese characters in media for me is also just fulfilling on a whole other level, like knowing the exact feeling of biting into a hot 叉烧包, walking through the markets with your family, it’s all such a familiar and truly lovely experience to share with an audience too!
