- Reposted by Ray LovellYes, quite. It's the biggest scandal of this administration, so far, probably. It's an average Tuesday under Johnson.

- Reposted by Ray LovellI enjoyed reading this column, which somehow blames Keir Starmer for the result of an employment tribunal following laws passed under the Tory government regarding an incident and suspension that took place before the last election.

Anything, literally *anything*, to avoid addressing the now utterly undeniable shame & humiliation of their pathetic cheerleading for Donald Trump…

- Reposted by Ray LovellJohnson culled the Tory Party of all but its grimmest dregs & now the grimmest of the grimmest dregs are defecting to Reform. It would be funny if it didn't alllow them, along with Farage, to pretend that they're not responsible for the state of the nation.

Emily Maitlis says that after "slagging off Britain's broken-ness," the former Tory is in for one hell of a shock when she finds out who's responsible... www.thenewsagents.co.uk/article/tory...

- Reposted by Ray LovellIt is incumbent on every single decent-minded, responsible British citizen to do *everything* they can to prevent Farage from gaining power. It couldn’t matter more for the future wellbeing of our country. Him as PM is too grotesque for words. Trump is a genuinely comparable case study.

- Reposted by Ray LovellI'm also old enough to remember all those who told us Trump would make the world more stable. One year in, he's threatening to destroy an eight decade security alliance, the pillar of Western stability, over not getting an award.

- Reposted by Ray LovellWe've spent ten years being proved right about all the things the loudest, biggest voices in the UK media insisted, often obnoxiously, we were wrong about. The real kicker is that there's no consolation whatsoever in being correct. Brexit, Putin, Johnson, Truss, Trump, Twitter, Netanyahu etc etc...

- Reposted by Ray LovellAs there is always a tweet, it’s worth keeping this receipt too… Of course, as Reform morphs into the failed, corrupt, nasty and useless Tory party, Farage won’t need to do a deal at all. Voters will look from Tory to Reform and Reform to Tory; but it will be impossible to say which is which.
- Reposted by Ray LovellThe Reform pitch is increasingly “the last government was terrible, so we’ve hired everyone who was in it”.
