At that point a review of their status is done, but it’s rare not to succeed at that point unless they‘ve committed an offence 1/

But with 4000 people on the waiting list and fewer than 50 first appointments a year, it hardly matters if we project 80 years, 224, or anything in between. Unless there is dramatic change, people are just not getting the service they need. It's unacceptable.

Fear of bailiffs means people don't go to councils for the help they need, locking them in a cycle of poverty. Today the Scottish Parliament can vote for our amendment to change that.
