- This is Toby. He is not a stray dog. He is a restaurant dog at the Reserva Atitlán. Senior dog who will live as he pleases. He played dead when I first came to pet him, and then when we were eating lunch he walked over and rested his chin on my lap.

- This is great policy. On pediatric genetics I saw several spina bífida pts in Latino families. I looked into the folic acid fortification connection and found that LatinAm countries like Costa Rica that require masa to be fortified have lower rates of NTDs. This one change can literally save lives.
