- I've been renovating a room in our #OldHouse. Gypsum off, lime on, limewashing this weekend. But I've also been upcycling old furniture. The cats seem impressed with the sideboard that's going in my study!
- Reposted by Kate KingThis moment when the penny drops that trying to implement bathroom bans is an impossibility for the former Tory Chief Secretary Simon Clarke is delicious.

- Today started at 0345, for a workshop on women's health hosted by the Australians. Cats provided much hilarity by pouncing each other and play fighting just at the point I was speaking. Now onto the surgery for my NHS time. Fuelled by coffee today!

- Early start to get to Chelmsford to see the team at Anglia Ruskin. Looking forward to nosing around the med school and talking all things military women's health!
- Back into teaching mode for me today with our #DefenceGPTrainees. A morning of consultation skills and now talking about high altitude medicine. Its cold, windy, dry (even with snow), there's less oxygen and electrical storms. I'm not sure why anyone likes mountains!
- Reposted by Kate KingThere’s a lot of NHS folk who’d like to see the end of GP partnerships because they can’t work with every practice being slightly different. Those same people just do not understand that that’s what makes general practice successful and efficient, designed around the community. 1/3
- Tell me you work in the NHS with a picture....
- I'd found about 80% of these people but it's great to get a few more GPs and GP researchers visible.

- What I really need Bluesky to do is let me have a list of people that I want to follow but who aren't here yet, and then notify me when they join so I can follow them! I keep searching for people and they're not here 😭
