- I find the @whstancil.bsky.social backlash strangely fascinating. At its core it seems to be a desperate effort by folks further to the left to avoid having a liberal (with communication skills) become the face of their movement. But, to be honest, winning was always going to require that.

There is never a day when it wouldn't be appropriate to say "Fuck Adobe" Software that only works as long as you keep actively subscribing to it cannot be trusted If you rely on Adobe software for a living. you really should ensure you have ways to cut Adobe the company out of the equation somehow - Afternoon! I'd have been up way sooner, but I woke up at 7:30am, the middle of my night, to find my dog REALLY needed to go out bad.

- Danggit Windows, stop trying to do weird stuff!
- Changed my color space from 12 bit to 10 bit to test something, and noticed my colors were faded on the main monitor. Confirmed color space was set to full in the nvidia control panel.
- Even confirmed HDR was off. Turns out if "Automatically manage color for apps" is set on in the System > Display > Color Management, it'll 'think' you're in HDR even if it's turned off! Cool OS guys!
- Big thanks to Reddit for the save there. Was washed out even after restarting the PC.
- Just completely shaved my beard off to make a better seal with my mask. It feels so weird! Haven't been clean shaven for almost a year!
