- My daughter was sliding a bit of ice on top of the snow in our yard and (volume on) you can see and hear how hard the crust of ice is. For one thing, she's walking on it without going thru, and it sounds like glass.

- 10F, wind chill of 2F. The snow and ice we had the other day is not going anywhere soon. There's a crust on top of it that's strong enough to walk on...until it isn't 😆. The ice berms at the store are +9' tall, and when the cat went out on the patio, she yelled at the cold and came right back in 😾

- riiiiiiiiight. They're doing damage control and blaming the kidnapping of a child to use as bait on the family. True innocence would have been to leave the kid and the family alone to live their lives in peace. You know? Without the whole kidnapping thing. I've never 'accidentally' kidnapped anyone.
