- This experiment is already saving staff a huge amount of time, and allowing them to get to the urgent emails quickly. It’s a great example of how AI can be used in a way that makes our work better, and gives our staff a hand to do the thing they do best: create human connections with members.

Not surprised. More surprising is 1 in 3 saying their union is not engaged in policy, representation, advocacy on AI impacting members.
