- It's a bit depressing, just shy of 3 years in, to get confirmation that my chance of getting better, without new therapies, is nearly zero. Alas it fits with my lived experience of just getting worse with every infection, so I suppose at least helps with the gaslighting. Hurry up please, science.

- I wish the BBC would drop their fake idea of neutrality and balance. When dozens of human rights organisations, charities, the ICJ etc report ethnic cleansing and deliberate starvation, why is this broadcast as 'XYZ claims Isreal is trying to commit a genocide, but the IDF say this is nonsense'.
