- Is it a neuro-diverse thing that you're afraid of mnemonic devices because they stick TOO well? Like thirty years ago studying for a biology final, I thought "ants and bees are order hymenoptera because Aunt Bea was a virgin" and now that's brain crazy glue and I can't unknow it. (You're welcome)
- Tried to get tickets to the Saturday showing of a twenty year old movie and it was almost sold out by 10 am, so THAT is how you know the power of Jane Austen. Or maybe the power of Matthew MacFadyen's hand flex. Also, I love that when you search gifs for "hand flex" the first three are his.
- Back home with the fam after an exhausting non-plane trip to DC. Amtrak was a bit uneven with the service, but ultimately got the job done -- I didn't expect to love the solo road trip half as much as I did, though. The Gentleman Caller has remarked that I'm the happiest he's ever seen post-trip.

- Long Covid Visibility Post: Last month I spent almost $3K out of pocket for a functional doc who would prescribe off-label LC treatments. I'm the heaviest I've ever been due to 2.5 years of LC, joint pain and fatigue. My inflammation markers are still literally off the charts 18 months after CVD.
- In case anyone is curious and has LC, get your Vitamin D levels checked -- it's one of those "no one is talking about this" repeated symptom of Long Covid. Mine is below the low threshold despite having taken 2000 mg of Vitamin D with K for over a year.
