Also have to cancel foot xrays - $250 for those. Argh. Wtf is the point of insurance if I still can’t afford anything anyway?

- The weather advisory keeps getting extended. First it was 3pm today. Then 6pm. Now 6am tomorrow!!
- Absolutely gutted. Catherine was a comedic force who didn’t shy away from the occasional serious role. I feel that a Schitt’s Creek rewatch is in my immediate future. RIP to a true legend.

- Baking just to feel something (warmth, it’s bloody cold out). King Arthur recipes. Gluten free vanilla pound cake and gluten free brownies. Subbed in coconut milk for the pound cake, added Mexican chili powders and cinnamon to brownies, along with mini marshmallows.
- Tortilla soup with chicken, fried tortilla strips, queso fresco, crema, fresh lime. So good that we invited our neighbor up to grab a bowl.
