- I'm watching Dimension 20: A Starstruck Odyssey again and I just realised I started the year by repainting my living room in the Starstruck dome colours
- I can confirm, now that I've done it, that this takes 20-30 minutes. And the Amnesty guidance helpfully points out some cynical traps (and plain bad survey design) that could otherwise see the government misinterpreting your views.
- The UK government is proposing radical and punitive changes to settlement rules. This is settlement, not citizenship. The consultation is open until 12 February; please respond to it and oppose these evil proposals. Amnesty have a good guide: www.amnesty.org.uk/resources/gu...

- The definition of Lo-fi has expanded to nonsensical proportions, now encompassing all music and indeed all background sound! This is bibliopocalyptic indeed. Tomorrow on Merely Roleplayers, the fight to save music begins. Music by Alexander Pankhurst, a human. He didn't actually use AI.

- I create a podcast actual play, Merely Roleplayers. I collect RPG books and zines, mainly to have options to play on the show. I'm a player in a D&D home game, and GM a twice-monthly Heart home game with some online and some in-person sessions.
