Dawn ❄️: We have 2" of ice over 5" of snow and it won't be melting anytime soon. I named the area between my back porch (Base Camp) and the bird feeders the Khumbu Icefall. I need to lay down ladders to make the hazardous trek from Base Camp to the feeders less hazardous... or have Sherpas carry me.
