- Reposted by Corina HeriDear friends, dear colleagues, after receiving multiple inquiries about the venue of our pre-conference workshop, we are sharing the information about our decision to proceed with the organization of our event. We are also extending the deadline to submit your abstracts to April 27 🚨
- Happy one-year anniversary to the most on-point text I ever sent (well, wrong about the art. 13 issue - but close enough)
- Really happy with this piece and grateful to @esrademir.bsky.social, @jtheilen.bsky.social, and Başak Çalı for putting the overall project together and creating such a fun and constructive space to think in.

- I’m convinced there‘s only one correct way to prepare for one‘s first-ever @mpil.de Dienstagsrunde - and that’s Kaffee und Kuchen
- Well that’s a relief

- I signed this letter, reflecting on the difference it makes to have a secure contract and channeling @marinavelickovic.bsky.social in Critical Legal Thinking about what we do when “the discipline you are hoping will accept you will only do so in exchange for your silence at the dinner table”.

- Outlets like @republik.ch keep my faith in media going - such a pleasure to work with them on this!
- Truly grim news from Cardiff
- Two Weeks In The Death Spiral Of Cardiff University, by an anonymous academic. This is truly shocking read. The Cardiff executive board should hang their heads in shame. voice.cymru/two-weeks-in...
- I don't often miss the bad place but today I found out a conservative Swiss Federal Supreme Court judge qualified for the Olympics in Paris and I just... didn't know about it.

- Reposted by Corina HeriSwiss farmers are suing their gov't to act on #climatechange before their farms become unviable, citing losses of 10–40% over the past 3 years Case was initially rejected & plaintiffs are still awaiting the outcome of an appeal But it marks a significant shift in farmers' attitudes on the issue:
- Today the ECtHR issued its 1st judgment building on KlimaSeniorinnen - it's not a climate case (we'll have to wait on Müllner v. Austria for that), but an Italian pollution case engaging heavily with KlimaSeniorinnen. Here's what it held in Cannavacciuolo et al.: hudoc.echr.coe.int/eng?i=001-24...
- Taken by @ecusato.bsky.social/Sofia Tamburello's call to see the environment "not just as a ‘casualty’ of military conflict but (...) as ‘one of the means by which colonial racism is enacted, land is grabbed, siege lines fortified and violence perpetuated’" in Palestine. esil-sedi.eu/esil-reflect...
