- No-one tells you how sad it is when the parents of your childhood friends die. Today, the world lost a wonderful woman who to me as a child was unspeakably glamorous, an amazing mum and dad to my friend when being a Catholic single mum took real guts, and was one of the purest souls I ever knew.

- It also seems to be the case that most of senior management are not social media users so it passes them by. Not all academics or PS staff are social media users either. But the majority of our students are. Student centred learning surely includes protecting them from illegal images being made?
