We tried someone different to help us with our first annual visa renewal vs. the folks who'd gotten the visas through in the first place (basically, at the time, back in Dec, money was a significant problem). 1/2
Turns out she hadn't even started mine until today, after I told her I'd just received a notice that they needed to be submitted, and tomorrow's the last day to submit them before they're considered late (2 months before the current visas expire). Will NOT be doing that again. Grrr. 😡 2/2
