- I'm a new parent and I just learned that newborns (and older babies) can cry in their sleep. It's called "active sleep", which is REM sleep but for babies, and if you don't know what it is, it can be very alarming.

- The movie in question is The Odyssey directed by Christopher Nolan. There is already a lot of discourse about the movie, but what I find interesting is the Nolan specifically cited Emily Wilson's translation as his inspiration.
