They are in places like Silicon Valley, and major metro areas because of access to abundant renewable energy and deep fiber networks. Theft is relative. Images have always been copied, and always will be.
The fact that the images you used were created by AI shows how wrong you are.
When movies first came out, stage productions were using similar tactics, claiming film would kill theater. Every advancement from photography to recorded music, digital cameras to cell phones, computers to electric cars.
Each innovation has benefited the world in one way or another.
There may be some early growing pains with AI, but it will prove to be more beneficial than harmful.
