- this morning’s album: everybody’s gotta learn sometime (2026) by beck year of the cover
- alternating volumes of these two manga and wow it’s been a tonal shift
- addressing both the horror of the news and my phone addiction by watching footage of alex honnold climbing that skyscraper without any ropes, which is good because it makes me put my phone down and sit with a different better sort of anxiety

- universal tv language for stress-induced near breakdowns has become clenched hands, blurred first-person POV, and screeching sound...rather than the true-to-life saying something weird and shitty, doubling down, and going home to eat 3/4 a frozen pizza alone while watching reels you hate
- humiliating, this man recorded an interview and now has to listen to himself asking questions
- to the extent i'm IN comics (never feels that way tbh) about 5 1/2 years...my first crowdfunder funded in August 2020 and published in May 2021 crowdfunder #4 is in production now, prepping to launch later this year
