As someone with ADHD, motivation is always a struggle. I’m trying to learn how to hype myself up through the mundane. I cleared so much off my “get to it later” list that I had put off for 5-6 months or more, only to get it done in the last 48 hours of 2025.
I've realized how much procrastination has harmed me & my well-being & I'm working on it. But it's a habit & it's difficult to break! I hope you work it out!
I hope it's not over-stepping but my mom sent me this this morning & it's encouraging me to at least *start* something--even if it's small.
