Also just got off the phone with my mom wherein I had to explain that, no I cannot just get a comic in newspapers. Nobody gets comics in newspapers anymore. I've been drawing comics since I was 13 and my mother somehow doesn't know I draw full-page story driven comics and not gag a day strips.

Bless her heart. Your comics are very different than say, Superdee's who did get their comic in newspapers. I guess your next route would be printed comics, but that's still spending money you don't have.

Yeah like I have looked into it and I'd pretty much have to self publish + full color printing is really expensive. I've considered doing kickstarter or something but I'd have to raise several thousand dollars just to cover printing AND charge like $20 or $30 per book and I don't think I could.
