I've read the suggestion that ICE will be there to kidnap the *workers*. So, like, the whole thing is going to devolve into chaos because no one is serving the food, or helping in the parking lots, or whatever they're supposed to be doing. Or it's just bluster meant to impress the redhat rubes.
