Sounds like a plan. Something that might be worth considering due to the venue, it might be worth having a few general public participation games available alongside the event games? These sacrificial lambs can keep the public busy whilst everybody else enjoys their games.

I thought of that but the advice from everyone who has done of of these before in shops say it's better not to and their reasoning seems good. At the mo if we get 20 people that's all 5 offered games full and the shop has 12 tables so they can still do a little of their usual if we don't "sell out".

And wouldn't it be good if it became annual?
