But it's -finally- back in the air—restored to the point where it's effectively a brand-new machine

Okay, so pretty sure *everyone* will agree that tourists are generally obnoxious, clueless, inattentive, etc
But if everyone everywhere frowns upon tourist behavior, why do tourists all behave that way anywhere you find them?
