and just to prove it's not all bird bird bird... the #cacti of Los Flamencos reserve managed to catch our eye, with the mini barrels of Melocactus curvispinus, the candelabras of Stenocereus griseus, the Caracas Prickly Pear Opuntia caracassana, and night-flowering Acanthocereus tetragonus
