- I felt up to making some sausages yesterday and they turned out lovely. Just tofu, chickpeas and vital wheat gluten with water & some seasoning, I'm definitely going to be making more! Easy, nutritious and delicious... and no body was harmed #vegan #veganfta #vegan4life 🌻🌱

- We are lucky to have the NHS. I have a severely herniated (slipped) disc and experienced debilitating bouts of excruciating pain since October, but I've been treated kindly & given effective treatment, with a spinal injection scheduled for the new year. Farage doesn't want us to have this.

- One of our favourite quick midweek meals is Greek flatbread covered with hummus, topped with fried veg (red onion, yellow bell pepper, courgette) and Vivera kebab, a few rocket leaves and tahini. Delicious, nutritious and no body was harmed 🌻💚 #vegan #veganfta #vegan4life

- Tried this THIS chickpea tofu for the first time tonight and we're pleasantly surprised. Sliced and air-fried for a few minutes it was delicious with black bean chilli, quinoa and broccoli #vegan #veganfta #vegan4life

- This is a great vegan turkey recipe for Christmas or Thanksgiving. I use 400g of tofu instead of chickpeas, and add a teaspoon of sage. They'll go in the freezer then I'll baste and roast when needed. Delicious, nutritious, and no body was harmed 🦃🌻💚 #turkey thehiddenveggies.com/vegan-turkey/
