ive been posting art online for 15 or so yrs and the landscape is 100% different. it's very unattractive to me now, I don't want to network or capitalize on my work. i don't want an art job. I don't want to perform or moral vurtue signal for attention.
Oct 25, 2025 19:53my art isn't sellable or pandering. and it is blatantly apparent trying to participate in this horrid space. it makes me sad in a nostalgic way but not being on social media anymore is a 100% life improvement. can't recommend breaking the distractions enough. i have outgrown being online
