My wife watched half of the remake of Rabid and can I say remaking Cronenberg when you clearly hate sex is a choice that results in a really atonal remake that she turned off halfway. Like that was hysterical bad.

This is just generic cannibal/rage zombie stuff. It was boring and so badly made. Also was Impulse the rare movie to suggest people would get weird if every inhibition vanished.
The Soskas also wound up being pally with Jack Posobiec, did an interview with him on OAN, worked with known abuser Lucifer Valentine, and have a rep in the Vancouver film scene for treating their colleagues and crew like shit. (Also, yeah, the Rabid remake was awful.)
