This video highlights the Institutional Capacity Strengthening work implemented in 2025 under the Child Protection Area of Responsibility (CP AoR) and War Child Alliance Localization Initiative. As part of this initiative, two national organizations from Syria and Yemen engaged in a structured capacity strengthening process aimed at enhancing institutional systems, leadership, and organizational sustainability. In this video, staff members from the participating organizations share their firsthand experiences, reflections, and lessons learned throughout the journey. Their perspectives offer valuable insight into how localized, context-responsive capacity strengthening can support national actors to engage more effectively in coordination and deliver sustainable impact.
