By "most walkable," I'm assuming you mean "least drivable." ;-)

It seems to be the entire region. Quincy is a mess as well. Kids can't get to their bus stops, and I drove by a guy pulling a cart in the middle of a busy road because there was nowhere to walk. The city's FB page is asking people to let them know which crosswalks need clearing. Umm, all of them?
