Like every other media outlet that has gotten more terrible, less informative, and just enshittified over time, CBS is also doing the "fire the reporters, add more opinion dweebs" thing. Those people might cost a lot, but not as much as say, a Bangkok desk and cheap hit brings precious clicks!
