- What, nobody interested that cougar came to hunt in a major urban agglomeration? Vancouver is the only city in the Americas with a glacier in its urban boundary. People routinely die from exposure lost in the mountains within site of city hall. Here,the city meets wild. Give it a cheer, Bluesky!

- Yikes! Dead hemlock already falling near busy pedestrian walkways in Stanley Park, Vancouver. Persistent looper moth infestation since 2020 has killed thousands of trees. Park Board removing the dangerous ones as fast as possible. Others will be left for insects/birds.
