- I'm not in a bad position financially, to be clear! But I would also love to have enough money to be able to leave this horrible island if things get much worse PLUS transitioning is so expensive! To avoid 10 year NHS waitlists I have to pay out of pocket to see the endocrinologist, get laser etc.
