Not the other way, where the schools get whatever's left. If we put kids first, it's going to suck though. Fund the schools, whatever's left for everyone else. Will take about 2 years. Hopes for revenue to come through, but can't promise that.

Briggs: Win/Win situations. Instructional staff out in buildings more. WOuld be great to see central office staff in buildings, go long way eliminate some of disconnect. Suggests moving staff out of JSCEE, renting it out, I think. Wonders if there's other win/wins. Kids last people want to impact.
