- We took a bunch of pictures while we went hiking recently and they all kinda turned out crap except for this one. Hopefully we can get out again before too long. ✌🏼

- Today is the day.
- We have a punching bag in our garage that I got for $25 and I’m silently geeked out about this.
- We’ve been pretty absent lately. We had to flee from a wildfire and had all sorts of ups and downs from it. We’re still very disregulated from being displaced and having no real sense of normalcy. We’re good, nobody died, there’s at least a thousand firefighters working the fire.
- Thankfully after getting wrong information about ten or so times we found out our apartment is fine. But we know a dozen people that lost everything. Our camper blew up. That was lost to the flames. Our safety net and escape pod doesn’t exist anymore.
- We’re not really sure when we can go back and collect our things. We left most of it behind. We only had 10-20 minutes to gather things and go. But yeah that’s our story right now.
- In addition to all that, we had to take the doggo into the vet for surgery to have a mass removed and one of us (John) busted up his knee pretty bad and is on crutches hobbling around. It’s been a mentally exhausting several weeks.
