- er pastaro in sonoita, az. the chef, giovanni schifano, worked in 5 ⭐️ nyc restaurants for years before moving west. the walls were covered with pictures of the many celebrities he cooked for over the years. we were once seated at a table next to kevin costner and rene russo. best vodka sauce ever!

This is true and I was the only one on set excited about it (and playing the song on my phone to blank stares) - kcrw now has a vintage24 feed and it's currently playing an episode of dierdre o'donoghue's snap! from dec 30, 1985. one of the featured albums is "sun city" by artists united against apartheid, an album and project organized by steven van zandt. awesome stuff that i hadn't heard in decades...
