- That reminds me of a conversation I had with another librarian about sending weeded titles to schools in other counties. Seeing “DISCARD” stamped or blacked out can impact how Ss view those books and even how they see reading itself—it really made me think about the messages we send. #TLSkyChat
- A4: When I need something deeply grounding, I pick up the Redwall series. It was a childhood favorite, and no matter how many times I reread it, the familiarity and sense of home always centers me. #TLSkyChat
- A4: My go to comfort read is Seth Ring’s Titan series. I think I have read it twice now, and with nearly 20 books in the series, it is easy to sink back in and let the world fade for a bit. #TLSkyChat
