- Best part tonight was in the middle of being full and hosting a rowdy restaurant crew in half the space, Chef came up to check in and all I really needed was for her to get me some clean ramekins because I was out and in the middle of pushing food out, and she could see that we’ve got this.
- There was a time I would have needed a second person helping get that food out. Now it’s no problem.
