The weather forecast for the Oregon coast is predicting clear skies. Woo hoo! I saw an "Ideal Body Weight" chart that listed 177 lbs for my 5'11" body. So I climbed on the bathroom scale. I don't feel too bad being 186 lbs. I sure never thought of myself as "ideal" anyway! Enjoy your day. Ta.👋😏
